Today I am very angry and frustrated with Youbroadband. They are not refunding my deposit amount. I tried everything; they wasted so much of my time and money talking to their (don’t give a f**k) customer support persons. Moreover, this is not the first time. They did not give me my refund a few years back. Moreover, I have a friend who did not get his refund as well.
The tactic they use is delay. They just delay delay and more delay. The customer gets frustrated and gives up. Who will waste so much time, energy and money to recover 1000 INR. I am very much sure that there are thousands of other customers who got scammed as well. I request all customers whose refund is pending to comment here and share your complaint ids.
I hope someone from Youbroadband read this. My customer id was mas_1 and the lastest complaint id is 2016093008607. I called them today, and they told me its pending and will be processed soon. WTF! Why do they lie each time? Why can’t they tell the truth and say go to hell we will not refund.
Today the lady asked me to call local office (Vadodara). She gave me a wrong number (don’t know if that was an honest mistake). However, I found the correct number 0265-6194700. I tried five times and my call did not connect. After that I decided to write this blog post and warn everyone.
My suggestion is never to return the modem. Instead, try to sell it and recover whatever you can. Since they will never pay refund and you, have to waste so much time, money and energy. Plus, frustration.
Again: Never return modem back.
